Senior Product Manager - On-chain

As a Senior Product Manager at CoinMarketCap, you own the vision and roadmap for on-chain data products. You sit at the intersection of user needs and business strategy, making data-driven decisions that shape products used by millions daily. With DEX activity at an all-time high, you'll improve our on-chain data infrastructure and build products that help users extract maximum value from on-chain data, combining in-house parsing and organization tools with third-party integrations to create the industry's best on-chain data offerings.

What you'll do

• Define the vision and roadmap for on-chain data products at CoinMarketCap
• Write clear and succinct user stories and product requirement documents
• Collect qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction and priorities
• Work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders to align on strategy and execution
• Evaluate the products and features you launch methodically and critically
• Understand the competitive and partner landscape for on-chain data tools and services
• Challenge assumptions and find ways to improve your products and user experience
• Work effectively with designers on UX and UI, bringing a strong sense of design standards

What you bring

• A deep understanding of on-chain data from both technical and business perspectives
• Experience building products that leverage a breadth of different on-chain data sources
• Knowledge of financial markets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Fluency in English
• Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and prioritization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex messages clearly and driving conviction across stakeholders
• A results-driven mindset with a bias for action, hands-on approach, and a track record of launching successful products
• Self-starter and problem-solver who breaks down complex issues effectively
• Self-disciplined and motivated, capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team

Nice to have

• An MBA or Master's degree in a technical field
