Senior Product Manager - On-chain

As a Senior Product Manager at CoinMarketCap, you own the vision and roadmap for on-chain data products. You sit at the intersection of user needs and business strategy, responsible for setting product direction on products that millions of people use daily. With DEX activity at an all-time high, you'll improve CoinMarketCap's on-chain data infrastructure, build products that help users leverage on-chain data effectively, and integrate both in-house and third-party tools to create the best on-chain data products in the industry.

What you'll do

• Define the vision and roadmap for on-chain data products at CoinMarketCap
• Write clear and succinct user stories and product requirement documents
• Collect qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction and prioritization
• Work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders to align on strategy and execution
• Evaluate the products and features you launch methodically and critically
• Understand the competitive and partner landscape in on-chain data
• Challenge assumptions and find ways to improve your products through innovation and creative thinking
• Work effectively with designers, leveraging strong UX and UI sensibilities to shape user experience

What you bring

• Deep understanding of on-chain data from both technical and business perspectives
• Proven experience building products that leverage a breadth of different on-chain data
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Knowledge of financial markets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and prioritization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and drive conviction across stakeholders
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of launching successful products and a hands-on approach to execution
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-starter mentality, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English

• MBA or Master's degree in a technical field
