Senior Product Manager, Onchain

As a Senior Product Manager on the Core team at Mesh, you own the execution strategy for expanding Mesh's footprint across centralized exchanges and Web3 wallets. The Core team builds foundational infrastructure that handles crypto transfers, bridging logic, and network connectivity. You'll be the execution engine driving integration strategy and operational excellence, turning a complex, ambiguous technical domain into clear, scalable systems.

What you'll do

• Act as the execution engine for the Core team, fixing broken processes and unblocking engineering teams by sweating the details others ignore
• Own the execution for expanding Mesh's coverage of external platforms by figuring out how to integrate new crypto exchanges and standardize connections with self-custodial wallets
• Partner with the Head of Core and senior engineers to architect solutions that remain standardized, scalable, and secure as you add dozens of new connections, writing crystal-clear specs and mapping out edge cases
• Ruthlessly optimize and automate your own operational workflows using modern tools (AI, scripts, automations) to scale your output and focus on high-impact problem-solving
• Collaborate tightly with Engineering and Business Development to prioritize the right integrations and ensure core connectivity meets SLAs required by enterprise clients

What you bring

• 3+ years of building and shipping hard things (traditional technical PM experience is preferred but not strictly required)
• The ability to rapidly learn and deconstruct complex systems (APIs, ledgers, financial routing) and explain them simply
• A demonstrated history of working incredibly hard and caring deeply about the output of your work, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong systems thinking and comfort reading technical documentation, discussing API payloads, and debating architectural tradeoffs with engineers (you don't need to write code, but you must be able to design systems)

Nice to have

• Some Web3 or crypto infrastructure experience
