Senior Product Manager - Payment to B

As a Senior Product Manager for Payment to B at Coins, you build and expand fiat payment offerings for users in the Philippines and beyond. Coins is the most established crypto brand in the Philippines with over 18 million users, fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), and the first crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

What you'll do

• Build and expand fiat payment offerings for users in the Philippines and beyond by integrating with payment providers and banks
• Productize the payments solution (ewallet, tokenized payments, crypto-to-fiat) for external partners
• Work with Engineering and Design to ideate, build and optimize the user journey in the payments flow, as well as the backend flow and automation for order processing, settlement and reconciliation
• Own related operational metrics such as payment conversion rates
• Work with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Compliance) and external stakeholders (Bancnet, PCHC) to scale the business while managing operational efficiency
• Interface with external clients to assist with API integration questions and troubleshooting

What you bring

• Relevant working experience in the Philippines banking, fintech and payments landscape
• A bachelor's degree or above, with a STEM or business, finance, or economics related major preferred
• Experience building end-to-end payment rails for tech platforms, from user frontend flows to payment provider integrations to settlement and reconciliation
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a breadth of stakeholders including engineering, lawyers, compliance, sales and external partners
• Insatiable curiosity and an entrepreneurial drive
