Senior Regional Sales Specialist, Mandarin Speaking Region

As a Senior Regional Sales Specialist for the Mandarin-speaking region at Bybit, you own the affiliate growth strategy and execution for one of the world's most active retail crypto markets. You'll source and build relationships with crypto communities, KOLs, high-net-worth individuals, and professional traders to drive user acquisition and deepen Bybit's presence in the region.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify, recruit, and develop affiliates with communities of high-net-worth clients, professional traders, and active crypto participants
• Source and manage relationships with crypto KOLs, influencers, and media channels, negotiating campaigns, co-branded content, and referral programs that drive registrations and trading volume on Bybit
• Build and maintain direct relationships with high-net-worth individuals and trading groups, serving as their primary Bybit contact and ensuring access to relevant products such as the OTC desk, VIP programs, and institutional-grade features
• Devise creative, locally-relevant approaches to acquire users, going beyond standard playbooks to find what works in the unique crypto landscape
• Stay on top of crypto regulation, competitor activity, and community sentiment, feeding insights back to regional and global leadership
• Own and report on affiliate acquisition OKRs including registration, deposit conversion, trading volume, and retention, iterating based on data to improve ROI
• Work closely with Bybit's product, compliance, marketing, and VIP teams to localize offerings and ensure the Mandarin-speaking user experience is best-in-class

What you bring

• 3+ years of solid experience in cryptocurrency, FX, fintech, or financial services with a demonstrable track record of building affiliate networks or business development pipelines from scratch
• Business development or affiliate management experience and an understanding of referral economics, commission structures, and partner lifecycle management
• Strong project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple partner relationships, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously
• A data-driven mindset and understanding of acquisition OKRs such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, deposit conversion, and volume per referred user, using segmentation and analytics to optimize performance
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese, required for daily operations between global headquarters and local partners
• A self-starter mentality, finding opportunities and bringing plans without waiting for instructions

• Previous experience at a crypto exchange
• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams in a global organization
• Genuine passion for blockchain technology, DeFi, and the evolving crypto payments space
• Existing relationships with Mandarin-speaking financial media, fintech associations, or institutional broker networks
