Senior Solutions Architect, Tokenisation

As a Senior Solutions Architect for Tokenisation at Chainlink Labs, you will drive the next stage of growth for the industry-standard oracle platform. You'll work closely with sales, product management, and integrations teams, acting as a trusted advisor to prospective users and proving how Chainlink's decentralized oracle network can connect their blockchains to real-world data securely and reliably. Throughout the sales cycle, you'll provide technical and product expertise, perform technical discovery, make architectural recommendations, deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept, and troubleshoot technical configuration issues.

What you'll do

• Perform technical discovery qualification with prospective users to understand their needs and constraints
• Make architectural recommendations for Chainlink solutions tailored to each user's requirements
• Deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept to validate technical approaches
• Troubleshoot technical configuration issues and guide users through implementation
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, connecting technical solutions to business value
• Support Account Executives and users in achieving successful outcomes

What you bring

• A computer science or technical background with at least 5 years of extensive technical account and relationship management experience across large, complex account structures
• Ability to engage stakeholders across all levels and functions of an organisation
• At least 2 years working in RWA/tokenised assets environments or experience with decentralised applications, smart contracts, and blockchain technology
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to read and comprehend code such as Solidity, Rust, or MOVE
• Ability to navigate large-scale software development projects
• Pre-sales technology solutions experience with the ability to deliver proofs of concept and run product demos confidently

• Business acumen and experience driving commercial negotiations
• Confidence speaking with clients
• Customer success experience with mission-critical software products
• A solid understanding or experience in the Solana ecosystem
