Senior Staff Product Manager, Trust Platform

As a Senior Staff Product Manager at Ripple, you'll lead the Trust Platform - the programmable controls, integrations, and tools that enable Ripple's products to function securely and reliably as the company expands into regulated, higher-risk markets such as banks and other regulated entities. You'll shape what features belong in the platform and which become reusable components for other teams, while working closely with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to ensure the roadmap withstands scrutiny from regulators and bank diligence teams.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for high-stakes regulatory surfaces, get ahead of new jurisdictions and requirements, and build something durable enough to hold up to bank-grade diligence
• Define the scope and develop the Trust Platform by deciding which components should be reusable, identify initial use cases, and manage the balance between flexibility and control as other teams build upon it
• Build tooling for information-request and review workflows that scales across product lines without requiring headcount growth
• Collaborate across Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to translate regulatory and risk requirements into product decisions

What you bring

• 5-7 years of experience in fintech, crypto, or another regulated technology space, with significant tenure as a Product Manager at Staff or Senior Staff level
• A track record developing and expanding platform products - reusable primitives and APIs that other teams rely on
• Experience in compliance, risk, trust and safety, or another high-stakes regulatory domain, with the technical depth to reason about system build and tradeoffs
• Ability to operate independently across a wide collaborator matrix while retaining clear product ownership
• Comfort prioritizing and building something new in a high-ambiguity environment
