Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at OKX, you partner directly with senior business leaders on mid to senior-level hiring across APAC. You own complex, high-stakes searches where your judgment shapes the organization's growth. Working in a small, high-ownership team, you'll advise on talent strategy, drive direct sourcing, and build innovative pipeline development approaches while actively shaping the future of recruiting with AI tools and new methodologies.

What you'll do

• Advise hiring managers and stakeholders as a subject matter expert on the APAC talent market
• Drive direct sourcing and headhunting efforts, owning requisitions from brief to close
• Build and execute innovative talent attraction and pipeline development strategies
• Own the end-to-end candidate experience as a core part of your recruitment practice

What you bring

• Extensive in-house recruiting experience with a proven track record placing mid to senior-level roles
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability
• Ability to consult, negotiate, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring goals
• Fluency in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers across multiple regions

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business units simultaneously
• Prior experience in a high-growth or fast-scaling tech environment
• Comfort with hiring metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements for candidate and hiring manager experience
• Genuine belief in blockchain and cryptocurrency
