Senior Treasury Associate

As a Senior Treasury Associate at Crypto.com, you join the Finance and Administration team to manage daily treasury operations, reconcile settlement movements, and design automated systems that enhance financial control. You work closely with product and finance teams across a global, regulated environment to optimize funding processes and manage regional positions while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.

What you'll do

• Reconcile daily settlement bank movements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Design and implement automated systems and processes to enhance Treasury operations
• Collaborate closely with product and finance teams to optimize and streamline funding processes
• Integrate risk management and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary
• Manage regional positions, including daily safeguarding, rebalancing, short-term funding strategies, and foreign exchange execution
• Ensure compliance with different safeguarding requirements
• Assist in audit and compliance reviews

What you bring

• A Bachelor degree, preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent
• 3+ years of Treasury experience within the financial services industry, particularly in regulated environments
• Experience with Tableau and SQL or equivalent tools
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions to complex or non-standard situations
