Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager at Binance, you drive the content strategy and community engagement across the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume. You manage global social channels, lead video platform growth, build AI-assisted content workflows, and translate emerging trends into brand impact for an organization trusted by 300+ million people across 100+ countries.

What you'll do

• Create, schedule, and publish content on X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn in line with established content strategy across global channels.
• Lead and drive the growth of video channels like Instagram and TikTok through daily page management, optimization, engagement, trend spotting, moderation, and community initiatives.
• Build and scale AI-assisted content workflows for video, visuals, copy, and localization to improve creative quality, speed, and engagement, and share learnings with the wider team.
• Support the growth of leadership profiles through channel strategy, content development, daily page management, and ongoing optimization.
• Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and identify opportunities to translate them into relevant, engaging ideas that deliver brand value.
• Lead coordination with agencies and external partners to ensure content deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and brand objectives.
• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and community activation initiatives.
• Provide social media recommendations and optimization ideas for marketing initiatives, including global events, KOL engagements, and new product launches.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align content schedules, maintain consistent messaging, and ensure timely delivery across channels.
• Monitor social sentiment and emerging issues, escalating potential risks and supporting crisis communication plans led by senior team members and Global Communications.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media and community performance weekly and monthly using existing analytics tools, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to team processes, training, and playbooks, proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows and social media practices.

What you bring

• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• 6+ years of digital marketing experience in social media, content, or brand marketing related roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to produce content across static visuals, GIFs, memes, and short-form video, with examples of measurable impact.
• Demonstrated ability to grow social media accounts and execute campaigns.
• Good understanding of the crypto market, with an interest in staying current on trends and sentiment, and familiarity with Binance's product suite.
• Strong knowledge of content creation and social media channels, with X, Instagram, and TikTok as a top priority.
• Comfort with analytics and reporting tools, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
