Software Engineer - OTC Team

As a Software Engineer on the OTC team at Wincent, you build infrastructure that enables trading with VIP clients and financial institutions. You work with Rust and AWS to connect liquidity aggregators and institutions while leveraging the existing crypto infrastructure, expanding the platform to support everything from everyday API trading with brokers to large block trades with institutional traders.

What you'll do

• Connect liquidity aggregators and institutions directly while leveraging the existing crypto infrastructure
• Improve the platform and connectivity to deploy new business cases, from everyday API trading with individual brokers to trading large amounts with institutional traders

What you bring

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with Rust and AWS
• End-to-end delivery expertise across engineering, system design, monitoring, performance tuning, and low-level optimization
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization
• Ability to own your work end-to-end, manage your own agenda, and deliver results independently
• Strong communication skills to work with business clients on API implementation and infrastructure integration
• Collaborative mindset, working as part of a cohesive team rather than as an individual contributor

What we offer

• Base salary of 80,000 - 150,000 € per year, tailored to your expertise and seniority, with flexibility to go higher in specific cases
• Performance-based bonus every six months tied to individual excellence and the fund's overall performance; exceptional performers can earn more than 50% of yearly total compensation in bonuses
