Solutions Architect, Onchain Compliance

As a Solutions Architect on TRM Labs' Onchain Compliance team, you are the technical owner of the sales cycle for crypto exchanges, banks, fintechs, and payments companies. You partner with Account Directors from discovery through close, then stay engaged as customers integrate and go live. You translate compliance requirements into architectures that customers trust and pilots that prove value.

What you'll do

• Own the technical win on strategic onchain compliance deals, using TRM's platform and AI-assisted workflows to turn each customer's compliance process into an architecture they trust, directly determining whether TRM lands and retains tier 1 accounts.
• Build tailored, AI-assisted demos within days of discovery, showing compliance teams how TRM plus AI cuts manual alert review time.
• Design and prove API integrations that fit real compliance operations, including alert triage, case management, and escalation, using AI tooling to prototype them quickly.
• Build reusable, AI-enabled demo and integration assets so each deal moves faster than the last and the team scales without adding manual work.
• Feed field insight back to Product and Engineering, shaping the roadmap so TRM stays ahead of what compliance teams need next.

What you bring

• 5+ years in pre- and post-sales technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer, increasingly using AI tools in your workflow.
• Hands-on experience scoping, implementing, and supporting API-based SaaS integrations, including using AI to prototype and test them faster.
• Comfort with REST APIs and scripting in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, and familiarity with AI coding assistants to build quick prototypes.
• Familiarity with AML, KYC, sanctions screening, or transaction monitoring, and interest in applying AI to speed compliance review.
• Daily use of AI tools with the judgment to know when to trust the output and when to verify it.
• Strong discovery and prioritization skills across multiple concurrent opportunities, with clear communication ability for both engineers and senior compliance leaders.

Nice to have

• Blockchain fundamentals or crypto compliance regulation experience.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows.

• Travel of 20 to 30 percent for customer meetings and onsite sessions.
• Occasional off-hours escalations for live customer incidents (no formal on-call rotation).
