Solutions Engineer/Pre-sales

As a Solutions Engineer at Coins.ph, you work closely with the sales and product teams to design, present, and demonstrate technical solutions to prospective partners, enterprise clients, and key stakeholders. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen to bridge the gap between customer needs and Coins.ph's product capabilities.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with account managers or the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored Coins.ph solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions for prospective customers
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-value propositions
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team to help shape product enhancements
• Prepare technical documentation, integration guides, and solution architecture diagrams for clients
• Assist in drafting proposals, responses to RFPs, and solution overviews
• Stay up to date with Coins.ph's product roadmap, industry trends, and competitors
• Support the onboarding of new enterprise partners by coordinating with internal teams

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant role, preferably in fintech, payments, or crypto/blockchain
• A strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise IT environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to quickly understand customer business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital payments
