Spots Operations Lead

As a Spots Operations Lead at Bybit, you own the full lifecycle management and operation of the platform's digital assets. You sit within the Asset Operations team and drive new asset onboarding, post-listing maintenance, liquidity and risk monitoring, yield optimization, and asset value management. Through cross-functional collaboration with Wallet, Security, Finance, Compliance, and Marketing teams, you ensure assets run securely, yields stay stable, and visibility keeps growing.

What you'll do

• Lead the evaluation, testing, and launch of new token and chain assets, including mainnet deployment, parameter configuration, fee adjustment, and network verification
• Continuously monitor asset operating status and coordinate with Wallet, Security, and Finance teams to keep the fund chain secure, positions sufficient, and operations stable
• Own post-listing operations and maintenance, including contract upgrades, token renaming, asset repricing, and announcements
• Track ecosystem changes such as mainnet upgrades and contract migrations, assess their potential impact on the platform, and develop response plans
• Monitor, flag, and rapidly respond to asset-related risk events including network anomalies, price anomalies, contract issues, and position gaps
• Coordinate Wallet, Security, and Finance teams to execute risk isolation and stop-loss measures
• Lead post-incident reviews and process optimization to strengthen the emergency response mechanism and SOPs for asset operations
• Define and maintain standard processes for asset onboarding, maintenance, upgrades, and risk handling to improve overall execution efficiency
• Coordinate Wallet, Security, Finance, Compliance, and Marketing teams to keep project progress and launch cadence on track
• Regularly report asset operations metrics and project progress, and drive continuous process improvement

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in Finance, Economics, Blockchain, or a related field
• 2+ years of crypto asset operations or project management experience
• Familiarity with major public chains, stablecoins, and RWA
• Deep understanding of crypto user behavior, marketing mechanics, and asset value logic
• Understanding of the digital asset regulatory framework and related compliance requirements
• A data-driven mindset; able to independently analyze and report on metrics such as trading volume, AUM, and yield
• Excellent cross-functional communication and execution skills; able to coordinate Tech, Security, Finance, and other teams to deliver projects
• Fluency in Chinese and English (speaking, listening, reading, writing); ability to communicate professionally with overseas project teams
• Strong resilience under pressure and problem-solving ability; long-term passion and conviction for the crypto industry
