As a Talent Acquisition Partner at OKG, you join a global recruitment team committed to discovering and engaging exceptional talent across the Compliance Ops and Global Business Services departments. You act as a subject matter expert for the APAC talent market, advising hiring managers and driving end-to-end recruitment while building a diverse, high-performing team that reflects OKX's mission to reshape the financial ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Act as an advisor to stakeholders and hiring managers in Compliance Ops and Global Business Services, serving as a subject matter expert for the APAC talent market
• Devise innovative strategies to attract top talent and build a robust pipeline for Compliance Ops and Global Business Services roles
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Drive the internal and external promotion of our Employer Brand
• Conduct thorough market and industry mapping for your assigned portfolios

What you bring

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle end to end, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and close
• Proven ability to take initiative, achieve goals, and effectively manage multiple demands across different teams and projects
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate key hiring metrics and propose actionable solutions to enhance candidate experience and improve pipeline quality
• Proficiency in English and business-level Mandarin, as the role involves collaboration with global, Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with an ability to thrive in a multicultural workplace

Nice to have

• Experience in direct sourcing and headhunting for Compliance Ops and Global Business Services positions
• Confidence in working within a matrixed structure, collaborating on projects across teams and departments
• A passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency
