Technical Customer Success Manager (New York)

As a Technical Customer Success Manager at Merkle Science, you serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts using our blockchain transaction monitoring and intelligence platform. You build long-term relationships with clients across web3 companies, digital asset service providers, and financial institutions, working closely with our product and sales teams to ensure successful adoption, retention, and expansion.

What you'll do

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
• Act as a client champion within Merkle Science, working closely with the product team to advocate for key customer requirements and identify new opportunities
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Monitor and analyze client usage of our product to be proactive if utilization drops
• Work with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to advocate on the clients' behalf
• Stay current with job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining professional networks

What you bring

• At least 4+ years of account management experience
• Proven sales track record
• Exceptionally strong relationship and people management capabilities
• Creative problem-solving skills, results-driven and self-motivated
• A resilient personality, proactive approach, and ability to perform well under pressure
• Ability to handle changing requirements and unforeseen issues rapidly and positively

Nice to have

• Previous crypto or blockchain experience
• Previous compliance or finance experience
