TradFi Presales Expert

As a TradFi Presales Expert at Bybit, you drive institutional adoption of our digital financial platform by building and maintaining relationships with traditional finance clients. You own the full conversion journey from initial contact through onboarding to active trading, collaborating closely with product, compliance, risk, and technology teams to deliver institutional-grade solutions.

What you'll do

• Proactively source and build relationships with traditional finance institutions, establishing a pipeline and driving end-to-end conversion from contact through onboarding to trading
• Work closely with product, compliance, risk, and technology teams to bring institutional products and services to market
• Lead client negotiations and commercial discussions to close contracts and launch partnerships
• Continuously monitor existing institutional clients' business activity, identify upsell opportunities, and increase their lifecycle value
• Produce regular market insights and competitive analysis, feeding back institutional client needs and expectations to inform product development
• Achieve sales targets including AUM growth, trading volume, new client acquisition, and other core KPIs

What you bring

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in traditional finance (investment banking, asset management, private banking, brokerage, or similar), with crypto industry experience preferred
• An established network of institutional clients and the ability to quickly establish high-level conversations
• Basic knowledge of or strong willingness to learn emerging areas such as crypto assets, digital asset custody, RWA, and DeFi
• Fluent English and the ability to conduct professional conversations independently with global institutional clients
• Strong self-motivation, goal orientation, and ability to thrive in high-intensity, fast-paced environments
