VIP & Institutional Sales - MENA

As a VIP & Institutional Sales representative for the MENA region at Binance, you build and manage relationships with the world's most influential market participants-hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, market makers, brokers, and investment banks. You work remotely in a global team covering all parts of the world, traveling to meet clients at bespoke events and attracting new business to Binance's institutional and VIP solutions.

What you'll do

• Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major institutional and VIP clients
• Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs
• Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key accounts
• Analyse user behaviour, identify hidden needs, write key customer analysis reports, and coordinate with internal departments to deliver optimal solutions and product feedback

What you bring

• 3-10 years of sales and client services experience with an international financial background in banking, investments, or FX sales
• Proven sales experience with clear KPIs in customer acquisition and origination
• A portfolio of institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, proprietary trading firms, private banking customers, or futures institutions
• Experience working autonomously within sales teams, hosting and attending events to acquire new customers
• Proficiency with CRM tools
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, relationship maintenance ability, and composure under pressure
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Passion for cryptocurrency
