As Wallet Leader at Coins.ph, you own wallet operations across our global business, running day-to-day operations for every region we operate in. Based in Hong Kong, you ensure funds move safely, accurately and on time, and you lead the wallet operations team while working closely with Security, Compliance, Engineering, Finance and Customer Operations.

What you'll do

  • Own global wallet operations end to end, covering hot, warm and cold wallets
  • Manage daily fund movements including customer withdrawals, hot wallet top-ups, cold storage transfers, rebalancing and sweeping across chains and entities
  • Operate the Fireblocks environment day to day, including vault management, user roles and permissions, transaction authorization policies, approval workflows, whitelisting and API integrations
  • Run wallet operating procedures (SOPs) with strict approval, maker-checker and segregation of duties, and keep them current as the business grows
  • Monitor wallet balances, on-chain activity and pending transactions, and resolve stuck, failed or delayed transactions quickly
  • Run regular wallet reconciliations and proof-of-reserves processes with Finance and Audit
  • Manage new chain and token onboarding from the operations side, working with Engineering and Security
  • Handle wallet incidents and escalations, and lead post-incident reviews
  • Keep wallet operations in line with Compliance and Security requirements, and support auditor and regulator requests when needed
  • Lead, coach and build the wallet operations team, including colleagues in other locations, with clear coverage across time zones

What you bring

  • 7+ years in crypto, fintech or financial infrastructure, with 3+ years running wallet operations at a licensed VASP or exchange such as OSL, HashKey or similar
  • Strong hands-on experience with Fireblocks in a production environment, including vault management, transaction policies, approval and signing workflows, and API or webhook integrations
  • Experience running wallet operations across multiple entities or jurisdictions, or equivalent scale
  • A solid understanding of major blockchains (BTC, ETH, EVM chains, Tron, etc.) and on-chain transaction monitoring
  • Working knowledge of key management, multi-sig and MPC concepts
  • Proven experience building controls, SOPs and audit-ready documentation
  • Experience leading an operations team across locations
  • Strong communication in English. Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
  • Based in Hong Kong or willing to relocate

Nice to have

  • Experience with other custody or MPC platforms alongside Fireblocks such as Copper, BitGo or Cobo
  • Experience with exchange and OTC wallet operations at scale
  • Experience passing external audits and regulatory inspections
  • Experience working across time zones with teams in Asia and other regions
