Web3 Business Development

As a Web3 Business Development professional at CertiK, you will expand CertiK's presence in the Web3 ecosystem by connecting with founders and decision makers, identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships, and driving deals from initial conversations to closing. CertiK is a leading Web3 security company born from groundbreaking research at Columbia University and Yale University, providing end-to-end security solutions including smart contract audits, penetration testing, on-chain monitoring, incident response, and compliance services.

What you'll do

• Research and open new Web3 projects across DeFi, infrastructure, L1/L2 ecosystems and exchanges
• Reach decision makers such as founders, CTOs and heads of security
• Drive deals from first contact to signed contract
• Build partnerships and referral channels with projects, VCs, launchpads and ecosystems
• Stay on top of market trends and developments, identify new business opportunities, and translate market insights into actionable feedback

What you bring

• Experience in business development, sales, partnerships or consulting
• Web3 native knowledge, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and get up to speed on something new
• Self-motivation, strong work ethic and responsiveness
• Fluency in English
• Location in Europe, the UAE or North America (this role must be performed outside the United States)

Nice to have

• An existing network among Web3 founders, VCs, launchpads or exchanges
• Technical curiosity about smart contracts, DeFi mechanics and security
• Experience in a startup or in a role with a commission component
