Web3 Finance & Accounting Manager

As a Web3 Finance & Accounting Manager at Coinbound, you handle all financial operations for a leading Web3 marketing agency. You manage crypto and fiat transactions, payments to vendors and freelancers, payroll, and financial reporting for a fast-growing company serving top blockchain and crypto brands.

What you'll do

• Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure proper categorization of crypto and fiat transactions
• Manage outgoing payments to vendors, freelancers, and partners in both crypto and fiat. Track client invoices and ensure timely payments
• Handle accounting for crypto transactions, including revenue recognition, token payments, and conversion tracking
• Process team payments, reimbursements, and operational expenses while maintaining compliance with financial regulations
• Generate monthly P&L reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheets to provide financial insights
• Work with legal and tax advisors to ensure compliance with crypto accounting standards and tax reporting

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping (agency experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with crypto payments, multi-chain transactions, wallets, and digital asset accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero, and tools like Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks independently
