Web3 Product Owner

As a Web3 Product Owner at MUST Company, you connect crypto and Web3 product, growth, on-chain participation, and business conversion into one operating loop. You design how users move through the product, what incentives to offer, which actions should be recorded on-chain, and what gets built first in the MVP, then turn that design into real operations and experiments. You own the Web3 business operating loop that connects product, marketing, on-chain participation, and partner or reviewer conversion into one growth engine.

What you'll do

• Design and run early-stage loops around waitlist, disclosure, reviewer acquisition, optional on-chain acknowledgement, channel experiments, and KPI operations
• Lock the participation structure, incentive logic, and priorities in writing before development, then drive execution
• Design user journeys, funnels, incentives, and participation loops
• Design and measure both on-chain activity and off-chain conversion such as inquiries, reviews, meetings, and data requests
• Align engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to close priorities and decisions
• Write execution documents such as PRDs, experiment briefs, and weekly decision memos
• Define KPIs and design baseline, target, exclusion rules, and kill rules
• Distinguish vanity metrics from meaningful behavioral metrics and drive real business conversion

What you bring

• Hands-on experience in Web3 or crypto product, growth, business operations, or protocol or ecosystem operations
• Experience designing user journeys, funnels, incentives, and participation loops
• Experience designing or operating at least one of the following: waitlist, quest, points, referral, on-chain event, or wallet action
• Experience designing and measuring both on-chain activity and off-chain conversion
• Experience aligning engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to close priorities and decisions
• Ability to write execution documents such as PRDs, experiment briefs, and weekly decision memos
• Ability to define KPIs and design baseline, target, exclusion rules, and kill rules
• Judgment to distinguish vanity metrics from meaningful behavioral metrics
• Self-directed learning and execution ability in a fast-changing crypto environment
• A relevant portfolio or real operating case studies
