Affiliate Business Development Manager, CIS

As an Affiliate Business Development Manager for the CIS region at OKX, you expand the affiliate network and drive revenue growth across crypto trading and decentralized applications. You work with KOLs, influencers, trading schools, and other partners to grow OKX's presence in the CIS market.

What you'll do

• Identify and attract new affiliates including KOLs, influencers, and trading schools
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships aligned with business objectives
• Analyze affiliate performance data to scale partnerships and inform strategic decisions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate with the product team to optimize offerings and attract quality users

What you bring

• Fluent English and Ukrainian
• Proven experience in affiliate or business development roles in the crypto industry, preferably in the CIS region
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• A track record of being goal-oriented and exceeding targets
• A solid understanding of CIS crypto market dynamics and regulations

Nice to have

• Experience working with cross-cultural or cross-timezone teams
• Previous experience at a crypto exchange
• Passion for blockchain and crypto payments
