[EU] Business Development Specialist, France

As a Business Development Specialist for Bybit, you will drive market expansion for Bybit Pay across the globe, building and owning the full growth pipeline. You join a team focused on acquiring and scaling merchant relationships, payment service providers, fintech partners, and Web3 projects in the European market, with a particular focus on France.

What you'll do

• Support market expansion for Bybit Pay globally, building and owning the full growth pipeline
• Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels
• Drive the end-to-end BD cycle: market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnership execution
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Ops, and Marketing to activate and scale payment use cases
• Develop regional GTM strategies and identify high-potential payment corridors for crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto flows
• Support cross-border payment products, including settlement channels, payout solutions, and merchant integrations
• Provide market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive analysis to optimize product direction
• Represent Bybit in industry events, conferences, and ecosystem partnerships

What you bring

• Fluent in French and English
• Strong understanding of the KOL and VIP ecosystem
• In-depth knowledge of the local French market
• Comprehensive knowledge of Bybit's platform and products
• Strong understanding of community dynamics
• Knowledge of the OSOP environment for creating Campaign 2.0 campaigns
• Understanding of the marketing landscape
