Affiliate Business Development Manager, Southeast Asia

As an Affiliate Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia at OKX, you build and optimize the affiliate network that drives user acquisition and revenue for a leading crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet. You focus on expanding influencer relationships in the local market, identifying new affiliate opportunities, and improving conversion rates through data-driven strategies.

What you'll do

• Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns while building new affiliate networks and improving the performance of existing partners
• Expand influencer resources in the local market to bring trading users and income to the platform
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates
• Optimize business development strategy and plan corresponding actions to ensure strong conversion rates
• Analyze user habits and behavior to identify business development trends

What you bring

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the cryptocurrency space
• Proven experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Proficiency with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods through data analysis and segmentation
