Affiliate Business Development Manager, Western Europe

As an Affiliate Business Development Manager at OKX, you drive revenue growth across Western Europe by recruiting, managing, and retaining high-volume affiliates, trading communities, and key opinion leaders. You own these partnerships from start to finish, focusing on the Netherlands and the broader EU, while secondarily expanding the OKX user base and brand awareness in the region.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify and attract new affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and crypto influencers, building strategic partnerships to expand the network
• Implement campaigns and strategies to drive measurable results, focusing on content creation, trading volume growth, user acquisition, and transaction activity through affiliate channels
• Manage and strengthen relationships with local crypto influencers and KOLs through frequent contact and partnership development for user acquisition
• Initiate and participate in meetings with partners to explore cooperation opportunities and strengthen existing relationships across local and international markets
• Collaborate with the product team to provide market insights that optimize product offerings and attract qualified users
• Monitor competitor advantages and industry trends, refining strategies to maintain competitive edge and identify market gaps

What you bring

• Solid affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space
• Proven experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods through data analysis and segmentation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving and exceeding targets
• Dutch language proficiency
• Immediate availability

• Experience working across time zones and within cross-cultural teams
• Prior work experience at a crypto exchange, trading company, or CFD broker
• Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto trading space
