VIP & Institutional Sales (Mandarin Speaker)

As a VIP & Institutional Sales specialist at Binance, you acquire and develop trust relationships with major institutional and VIP clients in the digital asset space. You work within Binance's VIP & Institutional team, which serves sophisticated trading participants including hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, market makers, brokers, investment banks, and proprietary trading firms. You build your client portfolio alongside Binance in a remote, global team with opportunities to travel and meet clients at bespoke events.

What you'll do

• Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major global institutional and VIP clients
• Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs
• Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers
• Analyse user behaviour, identify hidden needs, write key customer analysis reports, and communicate with various departments to provide optimal customer service solutions and product feedback

What you bring

• Sales experience in customer acquisition and origination with a clear sales KPI track record
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Experience working autonomously within a sales team, including regional sales team collaboration and attending or hosting events to acquire new customers
• 3-10 years of working experience in sales and client services within international financial institutions such as banking, investments, or FX sales
• A client portfolio including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, proprietary trading firms, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks
• Strong communication skills, flexibility in various situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Passion for cryptocurrency
