As an Affiliate Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia at OKX, you drive affiliate growth and expand influencer networks in local markets. You develop and optimize campaigns, identify new partnership opportunities, and analyze user behavior to boost trading user acquisition and platform revenue. What you'll do

• Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns while building new affiliate networks and improving performance of existing ones
• Focus on expanding influencer resources in the local market to bring trading users and income to the platform
• Devise creative ways to identify and recruit potential affiliates
• Optimize business development strategy and plan corresponding actions to ensure strong conversion rates
• Analyze user habits and behavior to identify business development trends

What you bring

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the cryptocurrency space
• Proven experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Proficiency with analytical tools and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
• Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
