Affiliate Business Development Manager, Western Europe

As an Affiliate Business Development Manager at OKX, you will expand our network of affiliates, key opinion leaders, trading communities, and influencers across the Netherlands and Western Europe. You play a key role in maximizing revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of high-volume partners, while secondarily expanding the user base and growing awareness of the OKX brand.

What you'll do

• Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, KOLs, trading and crypto communities, and influencers to foster strategic partnerships that enhance our network
• Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels
• Manage and enhance relationships with local crypto influencers and KOLs through frequent contact, building partnerships for user acquisition
• Initiate and participate in meetings with partners to explore opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally
• Collaborate closely with the product team, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users
• Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, using this knowledge to refine strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps

What you bring

• Solid affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space
• Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Dutch language proficiency
• Immediate availability

Nice to have

• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
• Previous experience at a crypto exchange, trading company, or CFD broker
• Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto trading space
