Business Consultant

Cryptomania Exchange is looking for an experienced Business Consultant to work on a part-time basis. You will provide strategic insights, identify growth opportunities, and help the team make informed business decisions in the crypto and fintech space.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic business and growth advice
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Analyse trends within the crypto and fintech space
• Provide insights on products, customer acquisition, retention, and business expansion
• Review existing business processes and recommend improvements
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Provide practical recommendations to support Cryptomania's growth
• Work with management on specific business projects and initiatives

What you bring

• Proven hands-on experience working in Cryptocurrency, FinTech, Blockchain, Digital Assets, or related industries
• Strong understanding of crypto exchanges, digital assets, P2P/OTC trading, wallets, stablecoins, and the broader crypto ecosystem
• Previous experience in business consulting, strategy, business development, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of the FinTech industry and emerging financial technologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide practical, commercially focused recommendations

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Nigerian and African crypto and fintech market
