Business Development Manager – AE

As a Business Development Manager at NetCents Technology, you'll identify key relationships and close deals to drive volume and build a healthy ecosystem of crypto gateway payment solutions across the UAE. You'll work from our Dubai office, though remote arrangements are possible. Your role is to spearhead growth and develop strategic partner relationships as we expand our transactional hub for cryptocurrency payments across the Middle East.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of NetCents's technology and suite of solutions
• Drive new business and achieve sales goals through prospecting new merchant and partner leads
• Cold call prospective merchants and build strategic business relationships
• Prioritize and organize the lead pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis
• Learn and leverage product features, marketing resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure sales goals are met
• Stay up to date with the competitive environment
• Act as the voice of the customer by working with marketing, product, and sales teams to drive use cases for NetCents crypto-enabled products and services
• Use HubSpot CRM to track business development activities, ensuring all sales activities are recorded, tracked, and accurate

What you bring

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience
• 3+ years of experience in the payments industry
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting with the ability to organize and prioritize work
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Serious attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Willingness to travel and attend events
