Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at OKX, you lead the affiliate growth strategy and execution for OKX in Türkiye. You proactively identify and engage Turkish crypto partners to drive user acquisition and expand the OKX platform across the region, working with our global team.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify and develop affiliates with communities and relationships consisting of high-net-worth clients and professional traders across Türkiye
• Manage and enhance relationships with high-net-worth clients in Türkiye, maintain frequent contact, and build partnerships with local influencers and KOLs for user acquisition
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers, KOLs, or media channels relevant to the Turkish market
• Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand in Türkiye
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates and KOLs and acquire users in the local market

What you bring

• Solid experience in cryptocurrency, finance, FX, or a related space, with a track record of building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Experience in business development or affiliate management
• Solid connections in Türkiye with high-net-worth clients and professional traders
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimisation methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
• Fluent in English and Turkish

Nice to have

• Previous experience working at a crypto exchange
• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
• Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
• Familiarity with Turkish financial regulations and the local crypto landscape
