Business Development Manager-Philippines

As a Business Development Manager at Bitget, you own and execute the BD strategy for the Philippine market, driving partnerships and growth for the world's largest Universal Exchange serving over 125 million users.

What you'll do

• Own and execute BD strategy for the Philippine market and drive partnerships and growth
• Build, manage, and scale local partnerships including KOLs, communities, and trader groups
• Identify, onboard, and maintain KOL relationships, run campaigns, and optimize performance
• Attend industry events and meetups frequently to represent the company and deliver presentations
• Define plans, track progress, and consistently achieve assigned KPIs with measurable results

What you bring

• Proven experience in the crypto industry in BD, growth, ecosystem, marketing, or partnerships
• Based in Philippines with strong local market understanding
• Strong BD execution skills including sourcing, negotiation, closing, and end-to-end delivery
• Hands-on experience expanding and managing KOLs and influencers with clear outcomes
• Strong KPI and results ownership with data-driven, accountable approach and ability to hit targets under pressure
• Self-driven, curious, and responsible with a proactive learning mindset
• Comfortable with frequent offline meetings, travel, and public speaking
• Fluent English speaker

• Existing local network and resources including KOLs, communities, media, projects, and partners
• Background from a large company or top-tier organization
• Track record of closing meaningful partnerships and driving measurable growth
