CFD Crypto Account Manager - Mandarin Speaking

As a CFD Crypto Account Manager at Trademax Global Markets, you drive business expansion and client relationships in the cryptocurrency trading space. You combine sales expertise with deep market knowledge to identify opportunities, serve clients across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and other major cryptocurrencies, and hit ambitious performance targets.

What you'll do

• Actively promote and sell TMGM's CFD crypto products, with a strong focus on Bitcoin and other mainstream cryptocurrencies, to build and expand your client pipeline.
• Identify, develop, and build relationships with new crypto clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Follow Bitcoin and broader cryptocurrency market trends closely, conduct in-depth analysis of blockchain and crypto market information, and provide clients with professional insights and trading opportunities in the crypto CFD market.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, online chat and other channels to ensure client satisfaction.
• Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues they encounter with the CFD trading platform or crypto products.
• Communicate cryptocurrency market movements and platform trading tools to clients to help them understand market dynamics and collect their trading experiences and needs.
• Achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicators, including sales targets, client satisfaction scores, and activity levels.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of Bitcoin, other popular cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, crypto industry news, and macroeconomic factors impacting crypto assets.

What you bring

• Prior experience in Bitcoin and broader cryptocurrency trading.
• Prior experience working in the financial industry, particularly with crypto assets.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
