Community Manager bilingue TCG et Web3 (H/F)

As Community Manager at TCG-VAULT, you drive engagement for a French Web3 project that bridges trading card games (Pokémon, One Piece, Magic, Lorcana, Dragon Ball and others) with blockchain. You work bilingually in French and English to grow a thriving community both domestically and internationally. The project operates under a strict regulatory framework: a MiCA White Paper notified to the AMF, ESMA registry inscription, and smart contracts audited by Hacken.

What you'll do

• Manage the X account: publish content, engage in threads, respond to conversations, monitor the Web3 ecosystem, and maintain an active presence
• Support the team on Instagram by creating stories, responding to comments and direct messages
• Run the Discord server including member onboarding, community animation, moderation, quests and community games
• Animate the Telegram channel in both French and English
• Grow the English-speaking community and build relationships with Web3 and TCG communities
• Represent the project publicly: you will appear in videos and host AMA sessions (question-and-answer sessions) with Web3 communities

What you bring

• Proven experience managing X and knowledge of Web3 culture; you have previously managed a crypto community or X account
• A genuine passion for trading card games: you collect, play, and understand the TCG universe
• Fluent bilingual French and English, both written and spoken
• Comfort speaking on camera and presenting to audiences
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Discord and Telegram including community animation, moderation and bot management
• Attention to detail, as the strict regulatory framework requires precise communication practices

What we offer

• Full-time role with flexible organisation
• 1,850 EUR net per month to start, with increases based on performance
• 100% remote work, starting as soon as possible
• Independent contractor status required (micro-enterprise or equivalent)
