Crypto OTC Sales Manager

As the OTC Sales Manager at StraitsX, you own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to relationship management. You pitch our liquidity solutions, onboard institutional clients, and structure large-volume stablecoin trades. Working closely with our trading desk, compliance teams, and legal experts, you ensure seamless execution and strict adherence to regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle to expand our institutional footprint and market presence
• Identify and acquire high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), market makers, and institutional trading desks
• Cultivate deep, long-term liquidity relationships and successfully close large-block trades
• Serve as the primary bridge between our institutional clients and internal trading, compliance, and product teams

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in institutional sales, financial business development, or OTC trading desks
• Deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics (fiat-backed vs. algorithmic/crypto-backed), mint/burn flows, and multi-chain dynamics (Ethereum, Tron, Solana, L2s)
• Strong grasp of global AML, KYC, and travel rule requirements, with the ability to manage risk without killing the deal
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex settlement flows clearly to other teams
• Comfort navigating an evolving global regulatory landscape for stablecoins
