Crypto OTC Sales Manager

As an OTC Sales Manager at StraitsX, you own the end-to-end sales cycle for our institutional stablecoin liquidity solutions, from lead generation through relationship management and large-volume trade execution. You will pitch our offerings to institutional clients, structure deals, and work closely with our trading desk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution and strict adherence to regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle to expand our institutional footprint and market presence in the digital asset space
• Identify and acquire high-net-worth individuals, market makers, and institutional trading desks as new clients
• Cultivate deep, long-term liquidity relationships and successfully close large-block trades
• Serve as the primary bridge between institutional clients and our internal trading, compliance, and product teams

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in institutional sales, financial business development, or OTC trading desks
• Deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics (fiat-backed vs. algorithmic/crypto-backed), mint/burn flows, and multi-chain dynamics across Ethereum, Tron, Solana, and L2s
• An active, existing network of institutional crypto market participants, funds, or high-net-worth individuals
• Strong grasp of global AML, KYC, and travel rule requirements, with the ability to manage risk effectively
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex settlement flows clearly to other teams
• Comfort navigating an evolving global regulatory landscape for stablecoins
