Crypto OTC Sales Manager

As an OTC Sales Manager at StraitsX, you own the end-to-end sales cycle for institutional stablecoin liquidity solutions. You pitch to high-net-worth individuals, market makers, and institutional trading desks, structure large-volume trades, and work closely with our trading desk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution and strict adherence to regulatory standards. Your success directly impacts our trading volume, revenue growth, and market penetration in the digital asset space.

What you'll do

• Drive the end-to-end sales cycle to expand our institutional footprint and market presence
• Source and acquire high-net-worth individuals, market makers, and institutional trading desks as strategic accounts
• Cultivate deep, long-term liquidity relationships and close large-block trades
• Act as the primary bridge between institutional clients and our internal trading, compliance, and product teams

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in institutional sales, financial business development, or OTC trading desks
• Deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics, including fiat-backed and algorithmic/crypto-backed models, mint/burn flows, and multi-chain dynamics across Ethereum, Tron, Solana, and L2s
• Strong grasp of global AML, KYC, and travel rule requirements, with the ability to manage risk without compromising the deal
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex settlement flows clearly to other teams
• Comfort navigating an evolving global regulatory landscape for stablecoins
• An active, existing network of institutional crypto market participants, funds, or high-net-worth individuals
