[EU] Payments Product Business Development Manager

As a Senior Payments Product Owner at Bybit, you lead the expansion of payment products across the EU. You report directly to the Head of Payments EU and play a pivotal role in building and managing payment solutions that meet the highest standards of efficiency and regulatory compliance. You bring together product ownership, business development, and stakeholder management to drive Bybit's payments strategy in one of the world's most regulated and dynamic markets.

What you'll do

• Lead the full lifecycle of payment products including accounts, international transfers, cards, digital payments, digital wallets, fiat currencies, and stablecoins (e-money tokens)
• Drive B2B client acquisition and accompany the sales team in high-level pitches to corporate clients
• Advise corporate clients on API integrations for both fiat and e-money token flows
• Establish strategic channel partnerships and translate market demands directly into the product roadmap
• Act as the interface between technical teams, legal and compliance, AML, payments operations, sales, and external financial partners
• Lead complex project initiatives from conception through successful execution

What you bring

• 4-6 years of professional experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Solutions Engineer in banking, payments, or fintech, paired with strong commercial or pre-sales experience
• Proven track record of building and launching new product lines or businesses from the ground up
• Deep understanding of traditional payment rails (SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022) as well as the digital asset space (stablecoins, e-money tokens, digital wallets)
• Solid understanding of EU financial regulations, AML, and KYC processes to ensure compliant product design and client onboarding
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and fluency in English and German
