Manager, Markets Sales

As a Manager, Markets Sales on Coinbase's STP Derivative Sales team, you drive growth of Coinbase Advanced's derivatives products across the UAE, MENA, and Europe. You own the client acquisition pipeline for the region, execute the regional sales strategy, and represent Coinbase as a senior market ambassador at industry events and conferences.

What you'll do

• Own and grow a network of professional traders across the UAE, MENA, and Europe, driving revenue through high-touch, relationship-led acquisition from origination through onboarding and ongoing account management
• Execute the regional sales strategy for the UAE, MENA, and Europe, delivering against targets for market penetration, trading volume growth, and client expansion
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to localize perpetual futures, futures, and options products to meet regional compliance requirements and market demands
• Represent Coinbase at client meetings, industry events, and conferences across the region, deepening existing relationships and sourcing new high-value opportunities
• Build and optimize sales processes, CRM workflows, and pipeline tracking to improve origination efficiency and reporting accuracy for the regional business

What you bring

• 8+ years in derivatives sales, trading, or structuring (crypto or FX/rates/equities) with direct P&L responsibility and a proven track record of independently sourcing and closing high-value clients
• Deep knowledge of the UAE, MENA, and European crypto regulatory and market environment, with demonstrated experience executing regional growth strategies in derivatives markets
• Demonstrable expertise in perpetual futures, futures, and options, with existing relationships across prosumer and advanced retail clients in the region
• Proven experience working with active and prosumer traders (for example, high-value retail, professional day traders, social/desktop trading communities), ideally on derivatives platforms, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue or volume targets
• Willingness to travel regularly within the UAE, MENA, and Europe for client meetings, events, and conferences
• Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
