Marketing Lead

As Marketing Lead at Binance, you will lead and manage end-to-end marketing initiatives across the APAC region for a leading global blockchain ecosystem trusted by 300+ million people in 100+ countries. You will develop regional marketing strategy, drive user acquisition and brand awareness through data-driven campaigns, and act as a key market voice to inform brand positioning and innovation.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage end-to-end marketing initiatives across the region, including performance marketing, public relations, online and offline campaigns, brand awareness, social media, community engagement, and other growth-driving activities
• Develop, plan, and execute the annual marketing strategy, campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with regional business priorities and audience needs across APAC
• Drive growth of the active user base and strengthen brand awareness through data-driven marketing strategies, competitive benchmarking, market insights, and expansion of relevant service offerings
• Monitor campaign performance and business impact through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to executive management and key internal stakeholders
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of affiliate models, strategic partnerships, and B2B collaboration opportunities, and work cross-functionally with relevant teams to support incentive strategies and scalable growth initiatives
• Initiate and execute innovative marketing campaigns and growth programs that enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Act as a key regional market voice by identifying and sharing insights on user behavior, market trends, community sentiment, and industry developments that can inform brand positioning and marketing innovation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, operations, business development, compliance, legal, and regional stakeholders to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or integrated marketing, with a strong track record in planning and execution for consumer-facing businesses
• Prior experience in crypto, fintech, e-commerce, technology, gaming, or other fast-paced digital industries
• Proven experience in growing, managing, and engaging a user base through data-driven and performance-oriented marketing strategies
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable marketing plans and measurable business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Strong interest in and knowledge of the crypto, blockchain, and broader technology ecosystem
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across regional and global teams
• Fluent English and Korean (bilingual)
