Performance Marketing Specialist, Mobile

As a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile) at Blockchain.com, you will drive the mobile user acquisition strategy for a global crypto company trusted by over 90 million wallet holders. You'll own hands-on campaign creation, optimization, and scaling across major advertising platforms, with a relentless focus on maximizing ROAS and achieving efficient mobile user acquisition targets.

What you'll do

• Create, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, and other channels.
• Maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and achieve efficient mobile user acquisition targets.
• Serve as the expert user for AppsFlyer, our Mobile Measurement Partner, ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution.
• Brief design and creative teams, generate and validate effective ad copy and video scripts.
• Use AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and strategic performance analysis.
• Apply deep understanding of mobile ad fraud tactics such as click injection and SDK spoofing, and implement prevention tools.
• Self-serve data via SQL, Looker, and Tableau to reduce dependency on data teams.

What you bring

• 5+ years in Performance or Growth Marketing, specifically focused on Mobile App Growth (UA).
• Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer.
• Proven success in ROAS-focused campaign optimization.
• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding USD 300k.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok campaigns.
• Professional and technical fluency in English.
• Experience in the Crypto, Fintech, or Gaming industries.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with marketing products in the cryptocurrency space.
