Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager at Blockchain Solutions, you lead marketing initiatives across BSL, FANOVIA and its sub-platforms. You develop marketing strategies, manage digital campaigns, strengthen brand awareness and drive business growth through online and offline activities. You work closely with internal teams and business partners to plan and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for BSL, FANOVIA and its sub-platforms
• Manage social media platforms, oversee content planning and run digital advertising campaigns
• Oversee marketing content creation, including copywriting, graphics and videos
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and prepare marketing reports
• Identify market trends and opportunities to improve brand awareness and customer engagement
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions and marketing events
• Develop creative marketing ideas and explore collaborations with IP owners, KOLs and business partners
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Lead and supervise the BD & Marketing Executive in daily marketing activities
• Coordinate with product, design and technical teams on marketing projects
• Support business development through marketing proposals, presentations and market research
• Handle other marketing-related projects and responsibilities as needed

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management and campaign planning
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and marketing analytics
• Strong communication, project management and organisational skills
• Creative, proactive, independent and results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Canva and other creative tools
• Fluent Cantonese; good English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in team management and budget planning
• Knowledge of AI tools
• Mandarin language skills
• Experience or interest in entertainment, IP, e-commerce, technology or digital platforms
