OTC Sales Trader

As an OTC Sales Trader at Gravity Team, you own client relationships for an institutional OTC desk serving Southeast Asia. You manage day-to-day communication and quoting with clients, supervise the desk team, and act as the main point of contact between clients, staff, and management. This role focuses on sales and client relationships; technical trading skills are a plus.

What you'll do

• Be the main contact for OTC clients and manage communication and quoting through chat channels
• Supervise and support the junior desk staff who handle daily quoting
• Act as the go-to person for management on everything happening on the desk
• Build and grow relationships with counterparties such as brokerages, treasury desks, payment providers, and fintechs
• Keep the desk process running smoothly and reliably during Southeast Asian trading hours

What you bring

• Experience in a client-facing sales or relationship role in finance, for example at a brokerage or on a bank's treasury or brokerage desk
• Strong communication skills and comfort managing client relationships from start to finish
• A good understanding of financial products and how trading and execution work
• Ability to work hours that match Southeast Asian markets
• Organized and dependable, with the ability to take ownership of a process and the people running it

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto, digital assets, or FX
• A technical or trading background
