Performance Marketing Specialist, Mobile

As a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile) at Blockchain.com, you drive the mobile user acquisition strategy for a crypto company with over 90 million wallet holders and 40 million verified users. You own the performance marketing campaigns across major advertising platforms, focusing on data-driven execution and aggressive ROAS optimization in a hands-on, operational role.

What you'll do

• Create, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads and other channels.
• Relentlessly maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and achieve efficient mobile user acquisition targets.
• Serve as the expert user for AppsFlyer, our Mobile Measurement Partner, ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution.
• Manage the creative process by briefing design and creative teams, generating ad copy and validating video scripts.
• Utilize AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and strategic performance analysis.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of mobile ad fraud techniques such as click injection and SDK spoofing, and implement prevention tools.
• Self-serve data analysis via SQL, Looker, or Tableau to reduce dependency on data teams.

What you bring

• 5+ years in Performance and Growth Marketing, specifically focused on Mobile App Growth (UA).
• Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer.
• Proven success in ROAS-focused campaign optimization.
• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding USD 300k.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok campaigns.
• Fluency in professional and technical English.
• Experience in the Crypto, Fintech or Gaming industries.

• Familiarity with marketing products in the Cryptocurrency space.
