Post Sales Recruiter

As a Post-Sales Recruiter at TRM Labs, you own full-cycle recruiting for senior and mission-critical roles across Customer Success, Global Investigations, Compliance, and Revenue Operations. You serve as a strategic talent partner to executive stakeholders and a mentor to the recruiting team, identifying and closing exceptional talent from high-growth technology, fintech, crypto, public sector, and financial services environments.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and business-critical roles across Customer Success, Global Investigations, Compliance, Revenue Operations, and adjacent go-to-market and business functions
• Act as a strategic talent partner to executive stakeholders, advising on market dynamics, candidate calibration, hiring strategy, and close approach
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and close exceptional post-sales talent from high-growth technology, fintech, crypto, public sector, and financial services environments
• Develop deep market maps for priority searches that include competitive talent, high-performing corporate functions, and referral-driven networks
• Create an exceptional candidate experience for senior and specialized talent, ensuring every touchpoint reflects TRM's talent bar, mission, and operating principles
• Use data, market insight, and funnel conversion metrics to diagnose search health, influence hiring teams, and adjust strategy in real time
• Serve as a craft leader on the Talent team, raising the bar for sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and strategic search execution

What you bring

• 5-7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth, technical, enterprise, or mission-driven environments
• 3+ years of successfully recruiting experienced Sales professionals across one or more of public sector, defense, financial institutions, crypto, blockchain, DeFi, fintech, compliance, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS
• Strong outbound sourcing muscle with a proven ability to identify, engage, nurture, and close passive candidates for competitive, hard-to-fill roles
• Experience partnering with senior go-to-market leaders to define strategy, calibrate profiles, diagnose funnel problems, and drive searches to close
• Strong command of pipeline metrics and conversion data, with the ability to spot bottlenecks, adjust quickly, and communicate tradeoffs clearly
• Comfort operating in a quota-like environment, balancing multiple searches while protecting the highest-impact roles
• A persuasive, credible communication style that lands with senior candidates, hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent judgment on candidate quality, motivation, risk, and close strategy
• Grit, resilience, and a closing mindset that creates momentum rather than waiting for inbound interest
• AI fluency: you apply AI to accelerate repeatable workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase speed and leverage

What we offer

• Base salary range of $153,000-$190,000 (US only; compensation adjusted for other geographies)
• Eligibility to participate in TRM's equity plan
• Fully remote, async-first work with 4-hour overlap required between your location and PST business hours
• Weekly hiring syncs, team sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings
