Senior Product Designer, Fiat/Earn

As a Senior Product Designer at OKX, you shape the experiences of the platform's highest-value VIP users and design the deposit and withdrawal journeys that underpin every product. You lead cross-functional design alignment across global apps, working with design, product, engineering, research, creative, and strategy teams to elevate VIP tiering, benefits, recognition, and fiat and crypto fund movements, including how these connect to OKX's Earn product.

What you'll do

• Leverage data, insights, and user feedback to translate problem statements, product interfaces, and user journeys with human voices at the center
• Generate ideas quickly and validate directions by connecting regularly with customers
• Participate in design critiques and present work in product leadership feedback meetings
• Own end-to-end design quality for VIP and Deposit and Withdraw, advocating for UX craft and user needs
• Design VIP tiering, benefits, and recognition experiences, including how Earn perks and bonuses surface for VIP users
• Design deposit and withdrawal flows across fiat and crypto rails that are fast, trustworthy, and easy to follow
• Co-lead the product development process and influence strategic decisions to improve overall product experience and ensure consistency
• Partner with visual designers, product managers, user researchers, and engineers across markets to build and ship experiences that represent the company vision
• Drive consensus across teams and advocate for solutions that balance user needs with business goals
• Think systematically about UI patterns and reusable solutions, designing scalable components that work across features and contexts rather than solving individual screens in isolation
• Contribute to and evolve the design system by identifying opportunities to abstract designs into well-documented, flexible components that accelerate the team

What you bring

• Native knowledge of crypto with hands-on experience investing in CeFi or DeFi
• 5-8 years of Product Design experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Web Design, or equivalent project and portfolio experience
• Proven experience designing outstanding digital products in an agile development environment with cross-functional partners, backed by a portfolio showcasing modern, mobile-first design work
• Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and the ability to dissect complex problems into user-centric, data-driven, intuitive, and inclusive experiences
• Extensive background in digital product development through comprehensive knowledge of user research, user experience, interaction design, prototyping techniques, and demonstrated expertise in design methodologies and tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple dependencies, prioritize tasks independently, and demonstrate flexibility while proactively addressing challenges
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts persuasively, provide rationale for decisions, remain open to feedback, and confidently represent viewpoints
• Systems-level design thinking; you naturally spot patterns across flows and proactively create reusable, scalable components, with experience building, documenting, or contributing to a component library or design system

• Knowledge of OKX VIP, Deposit and Withdraw, and Earn products
• Experience working with teams across multiple offices and US time zones
• Experience using AI tools such as Figma plugins, generative design, or prompt-based prototyping to accelerate design workflows and explore concepts faster
• Experience using AI to build systematic design approaches, moving beyond screen-by-screen design to construct interactive, high-fidelity flows that can be explored and validated end to end
