Product Designer (new product)

As a Product Designer at P2P.org, you design intuitive, high-performance interfaces for prediction markets, trading terminals, and web and mobile applications serving the largest institutional staking provider with over $10B in TVL. You own the end-to-end UI/UX from concept through production, build and maintain a consistent design system across all digital products, and create marketing creatives for social media and product launches. You work closely with founders, product managers, and developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

What you'll do

• Design intuitive, high-performance trading interfaces including dashboards, charts, order books, and trading workflows for prediction markets and trading terminals
• Own the end-to-end UI/UX design of web and mobile applications, from initial concepts and wireframes to polished, production-ready interfaces
• Create engaging visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials
• Build and maintain a consistent visual identity and scalable design system across all digital products
• Work closely with founders, product managers, and developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
• Take full ownership of design decisions, present and justify your solutions, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and continuously improve the user experience
