Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at OKG, you'll work directly with senior business leaders on mid to senior-level hiring across APAC. You'll own complex, high-stakes searches where your judgment drives real organizational impact. In this high-ownership role within a small team, your work is visible and there's a genuine path to deepen your craft over time. You'll also help shape how the talent acquisition profession evolves as OKG actively invests in AI tools and new ways of working.

What you'll do

• Advise hiring managers and stakeholders as a subject matter expert on the APAC talent market
• Drive direct sourcing and headhunting efforts, owning requisitions from brief to close
• Build and execute innovative talent attraction and pipeline development strategies
• Own the end-to-end candidate experience as a core part of your recruitment practice

What you bring

• Extensive in-house recruiting experience with a proven track record placing mid to senior-level roles
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability
• Ability to consult, negotiate, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring goals
• English and Chinese language fluency to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers across multiple regions

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business units simultaneously
• Prior experience in a high-growth or fast-scaling tech environment
• Comfort with hiring metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements for candidate and hiring manager experience
• Genuine belief in blockchain and cryptocurrency
