Regional Sales Lead, Mandarin Speaking Region

As Regional Sales Lead for the Mandarin-speaking market at Bybit, you own the affiliate growth strategy and execution for one of the world's most active retail crypto markets. Reporting into the global BD team, you'll be on the ground sourcing and building relationships with crypto communities, KOLs, high-net-worth individuals, and professional traders to drive user acquisition and deepen Bybit's presence across the region.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify, recruit, and develop affiliates with communities of high-net-worth clients, professional traders, and active crypto participants
• Source and manage relationships with crypto KOLs, influencers, and media channels; negotiate campaigns, co-branded content, and referral programs that drive registrations and trading volume on Bybit
• Build and maintain direct relationships with high-net-worth individuals and trading groups, serving as their primary Bybit contact and ensuring they have access to relevant products such as the OTC desk, VIP programs, and institutional-grade features
• Devise creative, locally-relevant approaches to acquire users that go beyond standard playbooks to find what works in the unique crypto landscape
• Stay on top of crypto regulation, competitor activity at both local and global levels, and community sentiment; feed insights back to regional and global leadership
• Own and report on affiliate acquisition OKRs including registration, deposit conversion, trading volume, and retention; iterate based on data to improve ROI
• Work closely with Bybit's product, compliance, marketing, and VIP teams to localize offerings and ensure the Mandarin-speaking user experience is best-in-class

What you bring

• 3+ years of solid experience in cryptocurrency, FX, fintech, or financial services with a demonstrable track record of building affiliate networks or BD pipelines from scratch
• Business development or affiliate management experience; you understand the mechanics of referral economics, commission structures, and partner lifecycle management
• Strong project management skills; you are comfortable juggling multiple partner relationships, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously
• A data-driven mindset; you understand acquisition OKRs such as CPA, LTV, deposit conversion, and volume per referred user, and use segmentation and analytics to optimize performance
• Fluency in Mandarin (non-negotiable); you operate between global HQ and local partners daily
• A self-starter mentality; you do not wait for instructions and proactively find opportunities and bring plans to the table

Nice to have

• Previous experience at a crypto exchange; you know how exchange BD works
• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams in a global organization
• Genuine passion for blockchain technology, DeFi, and the evolving crypto payments space
• Existing relationships with Mandarin-speaking financial media, fintech associations, or institutional broker networks
